She drags Matt to her room.

Lilith would look to her Mother "Mom can Mat come up to my room with me? Pretty please?" she said looking at her mom holding both of her hands in front of her.

Ms Mage sighed and then smiled and said "Go on then, play nice and no magic or science."

Matt was a bit unsure, Jessica knew of his so called "Girl phobia." but he let Lilith hug him at least. And he didn't freak out then. So she merely laughed and said "Have fun Matt."

Matt was about to speak and chime up with something, but Lilith was already tugging his arm and yanking him down the hallway. One arm held on his and the other opening the door to her room.

It was a typical girl's room, Matt had estimated that if Jessica were to be Lilith's current age then she would most likely have the same room. He gulped loudly, trying not to focus on the girly things in the room. "Keep your view on Lilith, think of something to say...." Matt shouted in his mind.

He coughed, the usual one that you'd do when you were about to start talking. Only Lilith motioned for him to sit on the end of her bed, Matt nodded and did so.

"So....." he started.

"So....Lilith said as she sat in the chair of her vanity, at the same time.

Matt and Lilith then went silent, Matt bit his lower lip and looked at his shoes.
"This social situation is indeed very difficult, but I must try and persevere. Ms Mage did say there is good and evil in all sorts, consensus has shown that to be true most of the time." he thought to himself.

Lilith would then start talking with "So....you know much about witches then Matt?"

He shook his head "Not really, I mean I know my Sis is one. And so was my Mom. But anything beyond that no."

Lilith nodded and leaned forward, putting a hand on her chin in thought. "Right....it's just I wanted to show you something."

Matt's interest was piqued, he had to investigate. "Go on, I'll hear you out. Remember what your Mom said though." he said. The last thing Matt wanted was to cause problems right now, that could increase the chance of his girl side being shown. And that was something he didn't dare entertain.

After hearing that Lilith took a sigh and stood up "Have you by any chance heard of a Neko?"

The word was odd, something Matt had never even heard of. Was it even a word? Matt lifted an eyebrow and said "A what? I don't think I heard that right."

Lilith Mage bit her lower lip, unsure of how to go about this. Before figuring it might be best to explain, or rather show what she was talking about. She muttered something under her breath and.....a pair of small fur tufts appeared on her head. They were the same colour as her hair, just noticeable enough to be seen.

"What's that?! Remember no magic Lilith!" Matt said as his eyes went wide.

Lilith quickly waved her hands in front of Matt, and said "No no it's not magic, it's well....a part of me. I've always had them."

"......What?...." Matt said, tilting his head to one side.

Lilith looked down and fumbled with her hands before saying "What animal do witches usually have Matt? Do you know?"

"A toad? That's one of them anyway, even I know that." Matt said. Upon hearing that Lilith and Matt began bursting into laughter, it was an awkward situation and they both sort of knew that laughing helped defuse it.

Lilith took a happy sigh and then said "What about the other?"

"It's a cat isn't it? But does that mean you are?..." Matt said, putting both hands under his chin in thought. Being from a family of smart people it didn't take long for him to figure out something....

"Yes, sort of. A Neko is a witch who's half human and half cat. They can be identified by the tufts of fur on their head, Mom says I need to keep them hidden unless I trust someone a lot." Lilith said.

Matt lightly coughed and said "I see, well don't worry. You can trust me Lilith, so why are you half cat then? Are your Sisters the same as you?" as much as he didn't want to admit it those tufts of fur looked rather....nice. Like it suited Lilith quite well.

Lilith shook her head "No Mom told me that about 1 in 100 witches are Neko's, from what we know witches hundreds of years ago tried to cast a spell to gain the form of their cats. Something went wrong though, nobody knows what happened. But any witch, once they reach the age of 6 can have small tufts of fur which mark them as a Neko. Mom says that some even get tails, but I've not got one." she said.

Matt was silent, taking this all in. He had never heard of something like this, he assumed that all witches were the same. Just scary girls that could use something the opposite of science, but Lilith was being so upfront and honest with this. He couldn't help but feel impressed, and honoured considering that Lilith had said it was a close kept secret.

"What do you think Matt?" Lilith said with her arms behind her back, a minor blush on her face.

"I've never heard of what you've just said, but I believe you. Thank you for telling me this Lilith." Matt nodded with a smile.

The girl closed her eyes, smiled and let out a happy giggle.
