Monica's Big Wish

Six and a half year old Monica is sitting in class, barely listening asbshe looks around the classroom. Standing at a height of three feet two inches, she is shorter than everyone else in her class. Wearing a dark blue t-shirt and black pants, since those are the only clothes in her size that don't make her look like a goofy three year old. Her shoes, on the other hand, don't reflect that. Wearing a size girls nine and a half, her feet are about an inch bigger than her classmate's.

Closing her eyes, she wishes really hard that she was taller. As she keeps repeating, "I wanna be taller ," in her head, she begins to feel a bit funny. Almost as if her body is being pulled, stretched out in every direction.

How are her growth spurts going to play out?
