While technically the entire cosmos was her jurisdiction, she mostly operated out of the floating Luma Space Colony she currently resided at. She was the mother, and they, her children; the children of the stars. It was calming out in space. Tranquil, deep, dark, and limitless. At times, it became boring, but caring for the Lumas never failed to lift Rosalina's spirits. The little things couldn't really take care of themselves, being in a nearly perpetual state of babyhood, so they required a bit of management.
Still, today they would need to tend to themselves for a bit. The travelling toad crew that had insisted on tagging along often helped, though they seemed to get into trouble on their as well, but they could probably watch after the Lumas while Rosalina stopped the station at a nearby planet and landed, intending to gather necessary supplies for the spacecraft. She had not visited this planet before, but magical scans of the planet indicated that it boasted intelligent life forms, and even if they weren't civilized that meant it would contain things necessary to support them. Rosalina donned her racing suit, a gift for participating in Mario's last go-karting tournament, and armed her wand in case of trouble.
