Panty gag

"Well, since you like my ass so much, I have a treat for you."
Your stomach swirls at the thought of where this might go next, especially as she slips down her shorts and then squats. She lets out a long, loud fart. "One for the road." She grins, before removing her panties. Twirling them from one finger, she approaches the bed.
"Open wide!"
You clench your jaw tightly closed automatically.
"Now, now, that's not playing fair, is it?" She crows. "Open. Wide."
Reluctantly, you open your mouth. As soon as your lips are parted, she slips the panties inside, wrapping the leg straps around the back of your head to hold them in place.
"Now," she asks, "what else shall your outfit be for today, huh? Let me decide..."
