"I wish I had a book, that would change reality to whatever I wrote down, and would reverse if I crossed out what I wrote. I can write as many times as I want in the book, and a page will be added when needed" Naruto said with a devilish grin, watching as the Ten-Tails eyes glowed slightly, causing a shift in the air pressure, causing a black book appeared on the ground in front of him. The Ten-Tails abruptly disappearing in a crack of lightning shortly after.
Naruto happily picked up the book and ran straight to his village, reveling in the fact that he now had the most powerful item in the world. He dashed through the village, blissfully ignoring the many grins and waves he received from the Shinobi and Civilians alike. He landed softly outside his apartment, whistling at his luck that it wasn't destroyed like many other building in the village. He swiftly entered, locking the door on his way, and picked up a pencil.
"Now what should I write first?" He thought as he opened the book, chuckling slightly as he saw a chibi-version of the Ten-Tails on the first page, displaying the title "Reality Check" under it. "I got it!" Naruto cheered as he began writing down something that would happen in the long run.
Only Naruto Uzumaki, son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki, Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi no Kitsune, 9th demon child of the Sage of the Six Paths, can access this book and it's contents. To others, it will seem like an ordinary book of no interest and value, ignoring it to the best of their abilities, never questioning, mentally or verbally, why Naruto has it.
"That solves that problem" Naruto said as he smiled, before becoming downcast and saying "If only I had said that during the wish"
