Jake arrives to save Beth!

Beth struggled in vain but the device around her neck shocked her. Footgirl laughs at her convulsing on the floor. "Haha! Squirm for me!" Once Beth stopped two large boxes were brought over by the villainess and dumped next to her. "Now you're done with that I should correct myself. I have two jobs for ya kitty!" She opened the boxes, and a sharp vinegary odor seeped into her nose. Beth gagged loudly. "First job, clean all my shoes! Second, suck my socks clean!" She waved a foul-flip-flop over her nose. "It's gonna be a loong night kitten so get cleaning!"

Suddenly Jake burst through a window and tackled Footgirl to the floor! "You left a trail to this hideout. You're getting clumsy Footgirl." He stated blankly, focused on attaining her. Footgirl kicked out, connecting a huge, sloppy foot onto his face. "And you're getting this!" She exclaimed. Birdboy coughed and backed off of her, wiping away reeking foot sweat as he did. Beth piped up. "Sorry Footgirl, but this is city is safe as long as we're around." That particular comment got on Footgirl's wick. And she paused for a second to ponder on it, before a huge, wicked grin grew across her face. "You really think that?" She scoffed. "I'll show you, I'll prove just how unimportant you are to this city!" And with that, Birdboy and Footgirl engaged in combat.

1. Footgirl is defeated and taken to prison.
