Emily began to tilt herself back as Sarah's fist began to move in toward Emily's face but then you reacted more swiftly and grabbed Sarah's arm and stopped it before her fist could make contact. You spoke firmly "That's enough Sarah! Get out of here!" You let go of Sarah's arm and pulled yourself in front of Emily. Sarah, realising defeat slinked away but not before shouting back over her shoulder "I'll get you for this Emily, Adam and me forever!"
The disappointed crowd dispersed as you turned to the nervous Emily "It's okay she is my crazy ex. I won't let her hurt you". Emily now looked at you more firmly. "Thanks for helping me but, erm well you see Adam I need to tell you something" she now shuffled her feet "Adam I am a Goddess, I mean I can control...well everything"
"Wait, what?" You asked, dumbstruck. "I'm not mad, I just well it would be better if I showed you" said Emily. With that you suddenly watched as the sky turned to night-time in only seconds, plunging the whole area into darkness. "Watch the stars Adam" said Emily and you could now see all the night-time stars in the sky rearranging themselves to spell out Emily's name and then yours.
Written in the stars of the sky itself were the words "Emily+Adam" and you stared at it mouth agape. "How the hell-" and you looked at Emily smiling weakly. "I just didn't know the best way to tell you Adam, I know I've been indirect but..." You looked at the sky again and now the stars rearranged to form "I love you Adam". You looked back at Emily again "Okay this is freaking me out, please back the daytime" and with that the sky again returned to daytime. "You believe me now, Adam? I have the power to do just about...anything I desire. And I love you and want to use this power to make us happy"
