Naruto was so happy he almost had to go change his pants. Not only could he convert his chakra into a sort of invisible telepathic control beam to insert thoughts and commands into others minds but his could also manipulate the very cells of a persons body. The sheer number of possible uses boggled his poor slightly under used mind. But one thing was certain and that was needed to decide how best to utilize his new found powers and use them for either play or pleasure.
