Naruto was stunned when at his first stable chakra connection to someone he instantly had a mental image of the persons insides and with a push here and a push there he could change anything he wanted. Though he realized he needed more training after he poked around too low and made a poor little girl piss on her brand new dress. Woops. But he redeemed himself by acting like a caring stranger and bought her another dress and some candy. But later as he was looking for some biology books, much to his displeasure at the thought of needing to read, he stopped to consider if he should craft this jutsu to benefit him and others or just to please himself and maybe get a little vengeance with a side of pranking.
