"Right, lets toss their heads in the sack and get outta here!" The thief carrying your head says impatiently. The other thief shakes his head for a moment.
"No. Lets think about this for a second...What if they wanted to be captured? Like, what if they planned for us to take their heads so they can find out where our base is, and they have people waiting to find out from their bodies once we leave?" The thief holding Mikki's head theorises.
"Well, why don't we just take the bodies too? Problem solved." The thief with your head confidently. The other thief shakes his head.
"You know we can't take both. Boss's orders." He says.
"Urgh! What's up with these stupid orders!? You know how many cute heads & hot bodies I've had to leave behind?" The thief with your head complains.
"I'm sure he has his reasons. Deal with it." The other thief says. He then turns and looks at Mikki's body, laying still on the grass behind him. "Here's the plan. Ditch these heads and take their bodies. That way they won't know where our base is." He instructs. The thief with your head just groans before tossing your head forcefully to the side. Your heads rolls a few times but eventually stops, facing towards the thieves. You then watch as the other thief tosses Mikki's head in your direction, but she lands a few feet away from you.
You then feel one of the thieves pull your body to its feet and forcing it into an armlock. The other thief does the same to Mikki's body. Shortly after, a black van comes speeding up to the thieves, having been waiting nearby to pick them up.
"Take a good long look at your bods! It's the last time you're gonna see them!" One of the thieves calls out to your heads before forcing your bodies into the van, slamming the slide door behind them and speeding off into the distance.
"Gavin, are you there!?" Mikki calls out to you. Her head having landed facing away from you.
"I'm right here." You tell her.
"I'm sorry I tried to run without you. I should have stayed with you." She says. You can tell from her voice that she's starting to cry.
"You don't need to apologise. I was rooting for you to escape." You reassure her.
"*sniff* I'm scared about what they're going to do to our bodies." She tells you. You attempt to nod, but fail. Your silence is enough to let Mikki know you agree though. Just then, you feel her body wrap its arms around yours.
"Is that your body that's hugging me?" You ask.
"I hope so." She replies.
Until somebody finds your heads, there's not much the two of you can do but pay attention to what's happening to your bodies. You found it really strange how you could still feel & control your body even though your head is no longer attached, and especially since your body is miles away by now.
"Hopefully it doesn't take long for anyone to find us."
