Potty training failed

You look up and see Anna towering over you, her pantie covered rear only a few inches from your head. You quickly realize she is squatting, and that can only mean one thing...she has to poop. With a monster rumbling noise, her bowels explode, splattering the panties with her smelly mess. She continues to poop, not realizing as the panties sag, and turn brown, unable to contain her giant messing. You try to run, but Anna finishes pooping, and sits down, squashing you under her soiled underwear. You have trouble breathing, and her butt has maade you unable to move. You wonder how long she will stay like this...
