Rex appears and changes into a new form

As Michael continued to stand dumbfounded by his modified body and his family continued to chat away, Michael was distracted by a familiar sound.

Arrf! Rex said as he suddenly appeared by Michael side. Michael bent down and pet his dogs head, "Hey there boy, at least you seem to recognize me and will treat me normally. That's a good dog." Michael said as he scratched Rex's belly.

"Michael! Step back!" Mark said in a commanding voice.

"What? Because I'm not royalty I don't get to play with the 'royal' dog? This is a load of bull..."

"Michael! Just look!" Susan said pointing at Rex who Michael now saw was glowing like the rest of the family had been moment ago.

"Mommy, Rex looks weird." Damien said tugging at his mother's dress. And he was right, Rex's form seemed to be shifting about fairly drastically. "What's happening? Is something wrong with the computer?" Jessica asked sounding very worried.

"No, I don't think so. I think he's turning into a human." Ryan said. It looked like Ryan was right, as Rex continued to glow he seemed to be taking a more human form to join his 'family' on vacation.

"But what's he gonna be?" Michael asked as Rex's glow dissipated.
