one day, a god of size who is as bored as you drops his size note, a note book used to alter the size of mortal.
Inside it's cover, a set of rules are written:
How to use:
1. The human whose name get written in the note along with a size will get his size changed to the one written in the note.
2. This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
3. If the duration of the size change is written within the next 10 seconds of writing the person's name and size, it will happen.
4. If a size is not specified beside a name 19 days after the name is written, then the size can not be entered anymore.
5. If a human uses the note, a god of size usually appears in front of him/her within 39 days after he/she uses the note.
6.Gods of size, the original owners of the Size Note, do not do, in principle, anything which will help or prevent the size changes in the note.
7. A god of size has no obligation to completely explain how to use the note or rules which will apply to the human who owns it unless asked.
8. The human who becomes the owner of the Size Note can ask a god of size to shrink or grow the note to an appropriate size for the owner. However, that demand can only be asked 5 times for a single person.
9. Before writing a size, the owner of the note may choose to enter a body part of the targetted person before writing a size in accordance to the part chosen.
10. If the targeted person does not possess the specified body part, the note has no effect.
11. The clothing of the targeted person won't change size with the person unless specified to do so in the note.
