Pouring the small vial into one tankard of beer, he took great care to follow the chipped edge of that particular mug. His fingers wrapping through the handles of three in each hand, he took the beer order back to the table where the riders all sat.
He flashed Astrid a smile, as he passed her one foaming mug. The twins barely noticed when he slid their drinks towards them. Fishlegs' nose was buried in making notes in the margins of one of the books. Double checking the chipped edge, he passed directly into Hiccup's outstretched hand. A triple check that his own remaining mug didn't have the chip he raised it in a silent toast.
