David accidentally swaps something else instead.

As David focused on trying to reverse the accidental genital swap he had caused, Jamie suddenly distracted him. "Earth to David," she said to her brother. "You sure you're okay?" she asked. Jamie casually twirled her shoulder-length light brown hair around her finger as she looked at her brother with a slightly concerned expression on her face. David took notice of this right as he had willed the swap, causing him to swap the wrong thing. He had accidentally swapped hair with his sister instead of reversing his previous swap!

"David?" Jamie asked, totally unaware of her hair starting to change.

"I ... uh, everything's fine," David managed to say as he watched his sister's hair shorten and darken in color. Before long, she now had her brother's dark hair, styled in his short, masculine cut. Conversely, David's own hair lengthened and lightened in color, several strands of light brown hair falling down into his face as it grew to shoulder-length.

"You don't sound so sure, bro," Jamie said.

"I'm just distracted is all," David explained, brushing his sister's former hair out of his face.

"I'll say," Jamie said with a chuckle.

Shit, David thought. This was not what he'd intended. Jamie still had his cock between her legs and now she had his hair too! He had to admit, though, that his sister actually looked pretty good with short hair.
