The little girls stomach starts churning

The little girl seems to walk around for a bit and giggles at your movements against her butt. You still attempted to climb out of the pull-up, but she would always poke you and make you fall or bend over to trap you in place.

As you ponder your next move, you hear a rumbling noise echoing in the pull-up. Next thing you know The pull-up gets hotter and a putrid rotting smells surrounds you. You gag and choke as you scramble for clean air. The girl bends over again, but this time you roll in between her cheeks and come face to face with her butthole. It seems to detect your presence as it opens and closes like a hungry mouth. You try to squirm free of your prison, but that only seems to get the girl to stand up again. That action only puts you closer to the hole.

You have the following choices:

1. She sits and you end up going inside the hole

2. She pulled you out

3. She poops
