Shedded fur

...Tufts of fur laying all over the place.
"Must be some kind of monster here. Better prepare," you said to yourself, casting some magic spells in advance.
Once that was done, you enter the cave and explore the area. Initially, there was nothing, but soon bones and rags of former clothes laying all over the place. Grabbing a rag, you inspect it, trying to see what you're dealing with, though you still have no idea what you're dealing due to the many scenarios that pop up in your head. Dropping it you sigh and continue on. After what you assume was about a few hours, as you spot more piles of bones growing bigger, you hear something up ahead and silence your motions. Going against the wall, you slowly slide along and pull out a dagger, as your last resort, since you're not as powerful as your master. Nearing the corner, you could hear something moving there and take deep breaths before peeking around the bend. Looking over there, you see...
