She's the leader of the Snowpoint gym. Despite it being a cold area, her attire is rather opposite of the environment.

Her long black hair is braided into twin pig tails. She wears a blue vest (it's tied around her waist if she's indoors) a white long sleeves blouse with a big blue bow tie. A brown mini-skirt (so short it could almost give Dawn a run for her money), blue and white striped socks that go up to her knees and a pair of brown shoes.
