Bart chose the stocks so Lisa locked him in and tied his toes back.

Next Lisa decided to put a sign up saying "Please Tickle My Feet"

As Lisa baby powdered Bart's feet he started giggling.

"Hehehe that tickles" he giggled as the powder was rubbed between his toes.

"All done" Lisa said

Just as Lisa says this:
