You start doing some figures with your friends but are quickly winded. The start of your day was quite strange afterall, nothing surprising with being a bit tired after stopping some bullies and meeting a weirdo pretending to be some kind of magician.
"Sorry guys, I know I haven't stayed long but i don't feel quite alright today, see you tomorrow !"
"Okay, well take care then, chub" Nate responded, patting your lower stomach.
After this, you questionned his words during the whole ride home. Looking down, you couldn't quite see what he meant. Was it part of a joke since he already made a comment about it when you arrived ? When watching your reflection in some store's windows, you did found yourself a bit thicker, but then again, these kind of reflections were quite misleading.
When you were finally at home, you could see what Nate meant. Your face did seem subtly rounder, and so was your belly, but nothing too extreme.
