Treated like a baby full-time

You sighed as you looked at the lingerie with your blue eyes in the department store. Your shoulder-length blonde hair was completely straight with no curl at all and your pale skin was clear. Your chest, unfortunately, was mostly flat. Today you were in a particularly foul mood at the moment due to the constant reminders of your tiny size. Why couldn't you have some lingerie of your own like other girls your age? It wasn't fair you were barely bigger than a kindergartener, it wasn't fair that you couldn't hold your bladder more than five minutes forcing her to wear pull-ups full time, and it wasn't fair you couldn't dress up like other girls at her school. She longingly looked a particular green lacy thong. Why can't I wear that? In reality, you knew your stepmom would never allow it. The woman much younger than your dad was always nice to you and somewhat considered her your real mother since your birth mother died while you were very young. One problem though is she was always strict on how you dress insisting you only wear dresses and skirts like her. She wouldn't even let you own a single pair of pants. Due to her height that meant she was always wearing childish dresses like the one now. She also insisted on you being in pull-ups full time until you were fully potty trained. Even if she allowed you to wear underwear there is no way it would be the sexy kind. Your stepmother would never approve and would say it is inappropriate for your age. If she found you here browsing you don't know how she would punish and didn't want to find. Yet you still wanted badly to feel like a big girl just once.
An older store worker meanwhile approached you from behind wondering why such a small girl was alone in the lingerie section. She knelt down behind you and gently tapped on your shoulder. In fear you jump for a moment thinking your stepmom caught you causing you to wet your pullup. Now you are blushing in embarrassment as you look behind you hoping it is not her. The dark-skinned worker looked into your eyes sensing your fear.
"It is alright dear." The worked spoke trying to comfort the girl she scared. "What are you doing here all alone little girl?"
Irritation from earlier caused you to snap at this woman who just insulted you.
"Go eat shit bitch and leave me alone". You scream in moody teenage anger. "I am not some dumbass little girl!"
The worker named Zelda could not believe what this child said to her. Luckily she kept her cool having dealt with many angry people over the years.
"Where on Earth did you learn that language young lady here?" Zelda asked not expecting an answer. "Well, whatever the case lets find your mother!"
Zelda grabbed you by the hand and began pulling you out of the intimates section of the store. In desperation, you struggled to resist but were no match for the woman. There was a small victory in you being able to slow her down, however. The store employee getting annoyed simply respond by lifting you onto her hip and walked on.
Shocked by how easily the woman had picked you up you momentarily freeze your thoughts. Embarrassment began to overwhelm you. You desperately wanted to take a rocket ship off this planet and never return. Tears welled up in your eyes knowing it would be more humiliating to attempt escape now that there other shoppers near you. Even worse you were in a wet pullup and her hand was on it. There was no way she would not notice it now.
Zelda meanwhile noticed something squishy underneath this girl with a potty mouth. Maybe a diaper? The worker quickly flipped the teenager's dress to reveal the wet pull-up. No wonder this little girl was angry and starting to cry she needed a change.
