"No worries," said William, placing a sympathetic paw on one of James' gigantic thighs. "You just really feel passionately about winning that eating contest. But you can't risk your safety for it."
James' head shot up in a sign of inspiration. "Wait, what if there was a safer way to do it?"
"What do you mean, James? A safer way of getting you into a Syrup Vine nest?"
"No, no! I mean, a safer way of getting a Syrup Vine! If you could get a few of those things, then we just release them on me in a safe place and let them do their magic! We could even let them loose in my house! No, wait. We can let them loose in my bedroom so they'll blow me up, right on my bed! Then when I reach my limit, you come in hacking and slashing! Sure, I'll be a round roo for a while and my pant size will go up a few dozen sizes after all that sweet syrup digests, but think of how much my stomach will be able to hold afterwards!"
