Umi then noticed kuro and your cat shikigami became very shy and hid behind you. You felt her hand tugging your shirt and when you looked at her you saw her looking at umi with little blush on her face. You could tell she was a shy person, and You smiled as umi spoke to the young shikigami.
"Hello there young friend. What's your name?" Umi asked.
"Mm..." kuro mumbled, tugging your shirt harder.
You giggled and petted her head. She looked at you and you spoke to her, telling her that she was your mother. Kuro thought for moment and then released you, taking two steps and bowed lightly.
"I..I am Kuro, your sons cat shikigami! Please be gentle with me!" Kuro greeted.
Umi smiled and came to her. Kuro looked at her chestnut eyes as umi tilted her head, she put her hand on the cat shikigamis head and scuffled it. Kuro felt the softness of the hand and the gentle stroke that made it felt good, she meowed few time.
"I'm happy to hear this, kuro-chan." Umi said, "I am Umi, nice to meet you."
Kuro blushed and smiled, accepting her as part of the life. You told your mother about what happened at school as you got into the house, she was surprised to hear this and congratulated you for being accepted by the school.
