You mess the diaper

After trying with all your might to open the crib, you realize you are trapped, and your mind wanders as to what will happen when deb finds you. As you lay there you feel your stomach start to rumble, and a pressure inside you beginning to build. You know you have to poop at this point. You frantically begin to hit and throw yourself against the rails but they won't open. Then it hits you, and you release a large load of liquid poop into the diaper. The smell is awful, and you now realize that you are going to be in big trouble. You start to cry, and suck on the nipple of the bottle trying to comfort yourself, all while you wet yourself out of fear of what will happen to you.

After a few minutes, you exhaust yourself from crying, and drift off to sleep.
