Up in the corner of the ceiling was a camera. With it, the stations AI could keep track of everything that was going on in the station. And right now, it was trained on Samus, who continued to watch the footage of the scientists and guards.
The AI, in a way, was a bit worried. It knew that Samus had chosen the Pear upgrade to take, and it couldn't understand why. The upgrade had very limited use, and it was prone to glitching. The AI didn't know what the upgrade would be doing to Samus, but there was much it could do right now. All it could do was watch and hope nothing went wrong.

Samus kept watching the footage, having almost totally forgotten about her enlarged rear. The footage wasn't exactly telling, only showing the breaks of each scientist guard. Some ate, others mingled, she even saw a romance or two between the workers, but nothing to show why the station was abandoned. Eventually, the footage ended, and Samus sighed.
"Well, at least I know they were happy here." Samus said to herself, before getting up from the chair. It took a few seconds, due to her now increased weight. When she got up, she sighed and placed her hands under her butt, hefting it up.
"Geez, my ass is heavy." She said. "Why would anyone make this upgrade? What's the purpose? Maybe I should head back to the upgrades and switch it out." With that, Samus left the lounge, her butt bouncing with every step. As she left, the AI watched, concerned.

An hour later, Samus returned to the upgrade hall. She was about to activate the upgrade menu, when she instead decided to check herself out in the nearby mirror again. She couldn't explain why, but she wanted to see her butt again.
Heading over to the mirror, she turned around and looked into it. Like before, her butt-cheeks were slightly larger then her head, and her hips were as wide as her shoulders. She swung her hips a little bit, and watched her rear end sway. She then lightly slapped her butt, and watched it jiggle.
Samus couldn't help but smile. Dumb as the upgrade seemed, a larger butt DID look good on her. And she felt like she could get used to the weight.
As she kept looking at her rear in the mirror, she couldn't help but feel something. She couldn't know it, but the upgrade was altering her again, not physically, but mentally. It was brief, but the upgrade had quickly changed Samus's mind. When it was done, Samus was...
