As your mother continues to chastise you for running off on your own, you notice that your little sister has just boarded the train with a bag from the fast-food restaurant in the terminal. You see that your mom notices too and you wait for your mother's anger to re-focus onto your much younger sibling.
But for some reason it doesn't.
"That was fast Michael," your mother says casually to your sister, "Did you remember to get something for Missy too?"
Not only was your mother not upset about your little sister wandering off to the food court all alone, she'd just called your sister by your name, and apparently referred to you by your little sister's name. What on earth was going on? This dream was getting stranger and stranger.
"Yeah mom, I got her some chicken nuggets. Those are her favorite."
Your mother just nods as you get even more confused. Chicken nuggets were Missy's favorite, but why was she talking about herself in third person? And why didn't she notice anything odd about your mother?
While you're trying to work through the confusion, the doors close and the train starts moving with a jolt. Feeling a little hungry, you go and sit down next to your sister.
