So the Genie grants the young Rabbit's wish.

Cream grew taller and she developed nice sized breasts on her chest. Her clothes adjusted to fit her new size.

When the transformation is done, Cream looked in a mirror and saw she is a Teenager now.

But her mother comes to check on her and sees her in her new teenage form.
