Insert Aliens into this world!

You decide to put aliens into this world that they co-exist with you guys and most of them a fairly friendly and hardly any would want to take over the world nor destroy it like is some of those TV Shows and movies. Maybe in the reality they may have brought their technology to your world to share and use to better everyone's lives and improve the health of the world, maybe even be able to live off Earth on other planets, moons or space stations to sort of solve population problems. Also the aliens could be lovers to the humans and have children together, but somehow there is still enough humans around.

After you make the last of these complex changes of have a large assortment of aliens and various other things, you confirm this.

Then you get a message that these changes will take a while in an X amount of time and maybe longer since you put alot of changes in the reality other then just having in the world and they are well known to everyone and is normal in their daily live. You will receive a message when the changes are fully complete and recommend you stay at home where you are to avoid too many complications or side effects of the changes, but there is a chance you might notice some in some way or form in your house.

So you lay on your bed for a while and relax, but excited to check out the new world once the changes are made.
