Health check has became a school tradition in Powers University because of the school's PE teacher "Ms. Baker" who is actually rather too disciplinarian. She was treating students as if they were soldiers. During the health check she takes every student's measurements, the worst part is she does it in front of everyone. She is the reason why everybody has to bear this embarrassing moment. Her strict discipline is sometimes annoying but nobody has the courage to speak up after seeing her muscly physique. She is already tall and with her muscles, she literally looks huge. She resembles a Ms. Olympia winner.
Next day, Ms. Baker makes students run laps around basketball field. Every body except Ginger finishes it with ease, while ginger constantly stops and catches her breath. Megan grabbed one of Ginger's spilling love handles while passing her and said "You are out of shape!". Then Madison and Cassi also showed her a clean pair of heels. At the end, the only one who could not finish the exercise was Ginger. She was barely standing and even her face was all red while others were not even breaking a sweat.
Later that day, a rumor is spreading, everybody talks about the possibility of the health check being at the end of this month. Panic-stricken after overhearing the rumors from a group of girls, Ginger throws away her half eaten chocolate bar and immediately decides to hit the gym.
In her sports bra and leggings, the damage is clear. She is a walking marshmallow, sporting a doughy belly, fat rolls on her back and fleshy thighs. As soon as she enters the gym, Cassi shows up. Poking Ginger in the belly she says "You only have about 4 weeks to loose all this flab".
"How do you know for sure, it is just a rumor after all!" says Ginger.
Cassi rolled her eyes and explained "Ms. Baker just chose Megan as her class president and I asked her if the rumors are true. She confirmed them, so you better work out without slacking off any more".
