During the next week, it became way more obvious that Cassi was putting on some weight. In contrast to Madison's workout schedule, Cassi stayed in the room and either watched TV or studied, and it was having an effect.
When Cassi sat down there was a slight bulge that was forming and it was apperant that her pants were getting really tight. Her boobs were bigger though, so Cassi could not have been too angry about that.
Madison wondered if it was their different upbrining that caused it. Being from image consious Miami certainly was in the back of Madison's mind. She was kind of curious if Cassi's family would even notice that their daughter gained some weight. Madison's vain said also broke through her thoughts, ''Man what a waste, Cassi is really pretty, hopefully she starts working out.''
Cassi was trying to put the weight in the back of her mind, but that weekend her and Madison did go shoping for ''winter clothes'' which was more of an excuse for Cassi to buy some more comfortable pants. Madison never turned down the opprotunity to use her Dad's emergency credit card that he gave her. ''Emergency'' being the running joke, since both her and her Dad knew that it was Madison's way of secretly getting money from her Dad without her Mom noticing.
While they were in the fitting rooms, Madison thought that Cassi looked like she had gained about 15 pounds over the course of the first month of school. She had a butt that had lost its tone, a belly and arms that were becoming soft.
Cassi looked over at Madison who was still fit and trim, and just thought to herself, ''must be nice, but I'm going to lose this weight eventually.''
