You walk over to a short man in blue robes who was channeling glowing blue mist in front of a small crowd of onlookers. He gives you a sly wink when he notices you approach and forms the mist into a tiny glowing translucent ball that softly radiated mana. "If you're heading up to see the Selesnya or just want a sky tour of their little clubhouse I can grant you safe and memorable passage for only twenty coins. Who wants to take part in the trip of a lifetime?"
A few of the people gathered around begin whispering to one another as you step forward and hold up a shiny new coin. "I'll take passage to The Hall Of New Life please." you say with a grin. "I'm eager to see what kind of transport you have in store for us." The man lets out a hearty laugh as you dig out 19 other coins to pay him with. "I assure you all, this is money well spent. Anyone else up for a ride?"
You hand over the money and then head up to the platform the old man points you to while he collects the fee from a few other passengers. After a few minutes he heads over with four other people (a tall vashino lizardman, two female elves and a skinny guy in a cleric robe) and joins you on the platform. "Everyone move close together, I don't want to waste more mana than I have to." he says as he charges up the blue mist he was using earlier.
With a wave of his hand a large cloud of pure blue mana encircles the small group and forms a clear glowing bubble. "This won't be a quick ride folks, but it will be fun!" he says excitedly as the bubble lifts off the ground and begins slowly soaring through the air. "Quite incredible." one of the two elves muses as the market area begins shrinking below you.
In another few minutes you were floating high above even the tallest buildings as your guide began talking of the history of the surrounding neighborhood.
