You decide to head back to the cave. As you head back to the cave. With Nirrus sleeping in your room you don't have about him causing mischief.
As you approach the cave you start remembering when you first moved to this town.
Start of flashback
"Oh dear, is he alright!" A woman gasped as she stood near you.
You were laying on the ground and badly bruised. Your eyes fluttered opened. You saw a woman with bronze colored skin and white hair and a pale and burly redheaded man standing over you.
The woman's silver dress glowed in the moonlight. The man was wearing a police officer's uniform.
"It looks like he's waking up," the police officer said. "Son, do you recall what happened?"
You try to sit up, but your arms and legs are sprained. You also, have a painful headache. You feel like your head is pounding. In fact, your mind is drawing a blank.
"I don't recall. Where am I?"
The woman at you with concern. "Do you at least recall your name?"
"My name is Belphamax Thundarro."
"What kind of name is that?" The police officer asked.
You attempt to move, but your body is wracked with pain.
"Easy there dear," the woman said. An ambulance is of the way. You'll be fixed up in no time."
End of flashback
You chuckle realizing that four years had passed since you were discovered 4 years ago on a road in the middle of nowhere.
Yet you still pretty much have amnesia of who you were before that incident.
As you head back to the cave you see a broken wheelbarrow near the entrance. You enter the cave and explore. As you traverse the cave you see writing on the wall that isn't English, however you're able to understand it for some reason."
I the noble dragon lord of thunder claim this cave as part of my domain. This cave would be a perfect place for my dearest wife to lay her eggs. May the children hatch in safety.
It seems that the dragons that were here are long gone. Yet the handwriting on the wall of the cave was oddly reminiscent of your own. You quickly laugh off the idea that you could be a dragon, but deep down inside something felt off as this place seemed strangely familiar to you.
You proceed further into the cave and see five unhatched dragon eggs. You feel a twinge of joy seeing that they aren't harmed.
Suddenly your eyes widen as some of your lost memories start flooding into your mind.
400 years ago
In the deep recess of the cave you find your hugging six dragon eggs. You are currently in your human form and are polishing off the eggs. You then transform into a massive dragon and wrap your tail around the eggs.
You then lay on the floor and stretch out your limbs. Your blue scales shimmer as you rest with your unhatched offspring.
Your wife had left to hunt today. It was your turn to guard the eggs. You take a nap for a few hours. You are then alerted as you hear a maiden humming.
You smile as you see a woman dressed in leather armor bringing a wheelbarrow full of fresh game. You then turn back into your human form to greet her.
"Greetings Slyvianna. I see the hunt went well my dear my wife."
Slyvianna laughs. "It did my dear Belphamax. Tonight we shall enjoy a feast."
You and Slyvianna then kiss.
Back in the present
A tear rolls down your cheek. Nothing is making sense. Was that a real memory or that of the dragon.
Yet it's becoming more undeniable as the eggs smell familiar to you as you draw near.
