This choice: Shortl after he meets Rukia • Go Back...Chapter #3Shortl after he meets Rukia by: Unknown Ichigo had a wild ride for the last few days. Some girl who was able to walk on air had came into his room, saying she had followed another being that feasted on souls, something called a hollow. Then she noticed he was able to see her, and started making a fuss over that. She then told him that his family was in danger, and that he better not get in her way. After he had called her out on that, she bound him with some kind of energy that formed into ropes.
However, when they heard the sound of a large crash, and Ichigo heard his little sister Yuzu cry out for him, he broke the energy ropes and ran to help her. Soon after, he saw what the strange girl was talking about. A large creature that was entirely black save for the white bone mask with an extremly large mouth and teeth. Grabbing a nearby chair, he attempted to get the thing holding his little sister to let her go. He was effortlessy swatted away.
If it was any constellation, so did the girl who said she was trained to kill these things. And they managed to make it let go of Yuzu.
However, it turned on them. Oh, and he had to stab himself to get the power to kill it before it ate anyones soul.
Yeah. He could deal with seeing ghosts around town. They were peaceful and nice. Courteous too. But the thing infront of him had tried to eat his sister. No way in hell he would let it go without kicking its ass so hard that it would be half the size it was now. So yeah, he could deal with stabbing himself if it let him kill it.
Anyway, after that rush, where he killed the thing relativly easily, he had promptly passed out. Waking up, he found that no one knew what had happened save for himself. His sister, and everyone on the block, thought that a drunk delivery man had driven into the side of the house because of the large hole what was lined up with the dining room.
After that, he went to school, not expecting to see the girl from last night ever again. But, lo and behold, because said girl was apparently a new student in his class. She had also threatend him with death if he told anyone what had happened, or if he even made any notion of knowing her. So, he didn't make it a big deal. That is, until she dragged him up to the roof and started telling him about how he now needed to fight off those things, like what he fought and killed last night, in her stead, because he apparently drained all her power. He also noted that she sucked at drawing when she tried to draw a diagram.
Soon, he had to get knocked out of his body to become a 'Shinigami' as the girl called herself, and the others like her, so that he could fight the hollow that she knew was near. Well, she didn't know it was near, but she apparently had a phone that would let her know when one was close. So, hiding Ichigo's body, she had followed him away from school to direct him to the hollow. Once there, he kicked its ass and saved the kid it was trying to eat. Then, he had had to preform a konso on the kid to send his spirit off to the other side where it would be safe.
A day or so afterwards, his crush Orihime had nearly been ran over, but was saved by a mysterious force. It turned out to be her dead brother Sora, as one last act as her brother before he hollowed and tried to kill her. After defeating him, and saving Orihime and Tatsuki, another one of his childhood friends, he had a day or so to rest.
Oh, and the girl, who introduced herself as Rukia, moved into his closet. Yeah, that was weird.
Now, he had this strange book that he felt the need to keep close. It had appeared by   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
