the next morning you wake up ready to fight your way out of this game you march outside and look for a quest because every bit of XP and GIL helps so he found a basic kill quest that asked him to kill 20 goblins which he thought he could do but first he had to try out his new fighting style and see if it worked
he isolated one boar and tried shield bash it stunned the boar leaving it with hardly any health and he then hit it with his left shield killing it he saw the damage number read 232... from one hit that must be from all the damage buffs
now confident with his fighting style he saw two people getting cornered by three goblins one was a girl with two daggers and one was a boy with a spear he ran in and activated his anchor howl dealing damage to all the goblins as the attacked the pair he then activated the shield fortress ability, realising this was his chance the boy and girl each finished off two of the goblins while you shoved your right shield into the remaining goblins face killing it
after recovering you asked if the pair were alright they thanked you for your help and introduced themselves as jake and kate and that they were siblings you introduced yourself as Theandrethral as that was your username
