"A potion? As in magic?" Marceline floated toward the counter. "I thought you didn't believe in magic."
"Well, I don't." Bubblegum answered. "I'm just putting it in simpler terms, because I highly doubt that you can pronounced the name I actually have for it."
"Oh, you're no fun." Marceline lifted the vial. "Nothing can be magical. It's always 'mutations' or some 'scientific explanation' for you. Always having to be picky about how things work." She chuckled. "So how does it work? Do I chug it or just pour it on my head."
"Either way." Bubblegum said. "If you pour it on yourself, you just turn younger. But drinking it will also cause your mind to become younger too, making you as smart as you were when younger. Actually, since you already have it, can you bring it up to the tenth shelf behind you? I need to put it there and I can reach it without a ladder, but since you can float..."
"Eh, sure." Marceline said as she flew up and placed the vial on the tenth shelf. She then floated down and landed next to Bubblegum.
