Sighing once more, Tsubaki took her gloved right hand and pinched the pot belly protruding from her abdomen. She was thankful her uniform, which was Izayoi itself, seemed to grow with her, retaining its usual bagginesd to mask how large she truly was. However, she considered whether or not that extent was limited.
"Oh, there you are Tsubaki!"
The redhead looked to her left, seeing her friend, Noel, walk past the tall plants, sunlight almost shimmering off her golden hair as she wore it down, like back in the academy, instead of pinned under her blue beret. She had become more confident since her rescue from Terumi's clutches, but that wasn't to say she was no more the shy, sweet girl she'd always known. The crimson haired woman smiled, taking her own white hat off and placing it to the side.
"Ah, Good Morning." Tsubaki said, resisting an urge to ask about breakfast. If it helped her lose weight, a slice of plain toast later would be preferable, was her justification.
"A-actually, I discovered something last night. I can counter Izayoi stealing your light, but-"
Tsubaki's eyes opened wide for a second. A way to keep Izayoi from stealing her sight? It felt like her training had been a minor waste, but it all went towards becoming stronger...all towards keeping Noel safe...
"...so if the risk is worth it, I-"
"Yes. Please, go ahead." Tsubaki said with a smile and a nod. Even though she had not listened to Noel at all.
"Huh? A-are you sure?" Noel asked, a bit hesitant as she folded her arms behind her back. Tsubaki nodded with her smile remaining on her face.
"If it helps me protect you, such a drawback is trifling." She replied, even though she had no idea what the drawback was.
Noel sighed, taking the quill, the short sword, and book in her hands. Focusing, an azure light bathed the two, before spreading to the uniform. Tsubaki felt a warmth in her body as the light advanced, before dying down.
"It...should work, but..."
Tsubaki was already charging Izayoi, much to Noel's shock, as she held her short sword aloft, crying out dramatically as she swung her blade, creating waves of brilliant light.
Tsubaki smiled. Her vision wasn't blurring, which was a blessing...but she felt a bit...larger. Placing a hand against her stomach, Tsubaki realized why. She'd grown from chubby to full-on fat! Her stomqch was a rotund gut with puffier arms and legs, a huge, shapely rear extending from behind her and two round, trembling breasts, big as her head, resting on her chest.
"What in the name of-?!"
"I-I warned you Tsubaki..." Noel muttered. "This altered version of Izayoi steals a person's 'lightness' now if you use it..."
"Lightness?" What did Noel mean by...no...
"...Wh...wh...WHAAAAT?!" The usually mature redhead pracrically erupted with shock.
