Caleb was coming up the first few steps when he heard the doorbell ring. He immediately turned around, almost upset that this person was going to blow his cover. Then, he heard the voice of Nina, his girlfriend. Nina was apart of the volleyball team and she was quite good. It was an attribute to her fairly developed body, standing at 6 feet exactly and an athletic build to go along with it.
Hearing the voice of his girlfriend got Caleb flustered as his heart beat pumped faster again. Once again, his growth began to kick in just a little bit faster than usual. He inched up higher and higher as he made his way to the door. He was so tall now that he had to bend down slightly to reach the door knob. "Caleb, get out here! It's time for school!" Nina said through the door. If there was one thing that Caleb hated, it was that Nina was quite bossy and punctual when it came to school.
This time, he didn't care. "Nina..." Caleb started. "Come inside." Caleb opened the door slowly, as Nina hesitantly waited at the door. She finally let herself in as Caleb 'hid' himself by standing behind the door. Caleb was now a head taller than the door to his house, and could now touch the ceiling of his home. Nina turned around and she Caleb. Immediately, Caleb motioned for her to keep quiet as her mouth opened, on the verge of screaming.
Caleb now reached 9 feet, which was something he didn't expect to happen. He was hoping that his growth would stop a foot before, but it seem like the wizard kid was going to make him pay in a big way.
Nina looked up and down at her boyfriend, examining his body. All of clothes except for his boxers were the only ones that remained, and it was obvious to her that Caleb was excited about something. Caleb dropped to his knees gently. Even then, Nina was just mere 'inches' taller than him when he was crouching, and his growth was slowly closing that gap.
"Caleb, what's-" Nina tried to ask, but Caleb had an answer. "I had this strange dream that this kid cursed me for being a pushover with my size. Now, I'm getting bigger."
"Does anyone know about this? How are you going to live? What is going to happen to you?..." Nina began trailing question after question, concern for Caleb. The big man simply shook his head as he said, "Listen, this is obviously some trick. He'll eventually make me return to normal. I just have to wait it out..."
Nina didn't like the sound of that idea. "What if he doesn't?" She asked. "Well, I'll be the biggest person in history...as if I'm not already." Caleb said as he stood up to his full height. He flexed, trying to impress his girlfriend. Nina wasn't having it. "This is serious, Caleb! You can get hurt..." Caleb scoffed at the idea. How could he get hurt by anyone?
Suddenly, he heard his parents upstairs. They yelled, wondering why he has not left for school yet and who was there with him. Caleb still had a sense of embarrassment and modesty as he realized he was half naked. He looked down at Nina and whispered, "I don't want them to see me like this...help!"
