Unhappy with being trapped in the body of a little boy (an annoying one on top of that!), the Kyuubi's greatest wish was to be finally free. So he devised a plan to take over Naruto's body. Using his chakra, the Kyuubi would influence Naruto's hormones, making him permanently horny. That way, all he could think about was sex. Eventually, the boy would give in to his animal instincts which would allow the Kyuubi to take over his body.
So while Naruto was sleeping, the Kyuubi started to change his body. First, he would have to enlarge the boy's dick. The current one was not big enough to make women addicted to and that was vital for his plan. The extra flesh had to be taken from somewhere else though. So while his dick grew until it was a feet long while soft, the rest of Naruto's body became shorter and younger until he was 12 years old again.
Second, using his massive supply of chakra the Kyuubi altered Naruto's hormones to make him nearly constantly horny.
Third, Naruto would constantly emit a bit of the Kyuubi's chakra. This would act as a sex pheromone and make the women around him equally horny.
And finally, he gave the boy enough stamina to be capable of fucking 24/7.
Satisfied with his work, the Kyuubi waited to see the results.
