Tsunade's jutsu, side effects most agreeable.

Naruto said as he slipped back into his apartment; he'd done it, he'd actually managed to steal the scroll containing the jutsu that allowed Granny Tsunade to look young even though she was actually an old hag; a really hot old hag, but an old hag nonetheless. Thankful that she couldn't read minds, Naruto studied the scroll, then activated the jutsu once he was sure that he'd gotten the hang of it.

Unfortunately, what no one could have anticipated was the interaction caused by the Nine-Tailed Fox's chakra. The energy overflowed, and ended up exploding, obliterating Naruto's apartment. As Naruto emerged from the rubble, he quickly discovered three things; he didn't just look younger but had actually been reduced to 7-years old, his cock was now an enormous flaccid log supported by balls so immense they covered his thin little thighs, and he was horny as all hell.
