Adam puts you in his diaper

Even though you've just finished changing his diaper, it's still a bit smelly.

You move around and get up to the front of his diaper, with your feet hanging just slightly out of his leg-holes you peek up, peeing his diaper a little.

Peeking out the front, Emily sees and winks at you, but doesn't tell Adam yet.
