Escape...to where?

As soon as you step out of the diaper, that you are walking on carpet. You decide that now would be a good time to leave the room, as Adam is asleep. You tiptoe out of the room, and then have a thought...where do you go? Do you risk Emily, who knows about your condition, but may torture you in her diaper, or do you go to your mom?
