“Come on, Ann Marie, give him back,” you hear Jackie beg.
“Sorry Jackie, no can do,” she responded. “I have plans for this little mouse.”
You look up and see a girl around 11 years old staring down at you with a pair of hazel-colored eyes and a devilish smile on her face. Her hand squeezes you like a python, making it difficult to even breathe.
“Unless,” Ann Marie continues. “You would like to take his place.”
“No, I don’t,” Jackie responds. “He’s all yours now.”
“Huh,” you try to say. “Wait a minute, Jackie. I don’t want to go with her.”
“Aw isn’t that cute, Jackie,” Ann Marie says. “He’s saying goodbye to you.”
Now that you’re a mouse, the only thing that you can do is squeak and no one can understand you. You need to consider your options right now. You could just stay with Ann Marie and see how bad this actually gets. The grip around your body is too tight for you to jump out of her hand, but if you bit her, the shock might loosen her grip and allow you to fall to the ground, giving you a chance to escape. Whatever you decide, you better do it now.
