A perfect ending?

You head to the enterence, and see your sister come down the elavator. You wave to her, and you head back home. A very normal, and good ending! But... Amber has gone and dissapered from the face of the earth after heading back into St. Janes to grab her sketchbook. You're also trying to figure out why it feels like something is moving inside your ballsack.
