Refuse; make her help you get back to normal

You frown and shake your head. "No," you say firmly. "I know you want to play, but I need to get back to normal! You need to help me!"

The young giantess stares at you, surprised at your resistance. But her expression quickly turns to one of annoyance, and she suddenly tightens her grip on you. You close your eyes and shout out in pain as her fist tightens, hurting you. She loosens it up quickly, however, and you look at her to see her grinning widely. Though she didn't hurt you much, the message is clear: she is in control, and what she says goes.

"I said we'll be friends, and that means we'll be friends, dolly!" she says before turning and running off, keeping a decidedly tight grip on you as she runs towards... Somewhere.

Where is this child giantess taking you?
