He presses a button and you feel a prick in your spine as everything goes numb and you lose the ability to move. He then comes forward with his scalpel, "Now let's begin."
You can barely see what he is doing over your now sizable breasts, but you are glad, as it looks very bloody. Before long he begins working on your old body, he finally comes back finishes, and hits another button and you black out.
