Dan sighed as Georgia walked into the classroom. She smiled stupidly. He hated this class. Okay, so he hadn't gotten the best grades in math last year, but he never thought he'd be put in an extra help class with Georgia Willis!
Georgia Willis was a girl in Dan's school with down syndrome. People always told him it was mean that he hated her, but he didn't care. They didn't have classes with her.
"Retard bitch," Dan muttered, and nearly jumped out of his skin when somebody behind him said, "What did you just say?"
Dan turned around. Standing behind him was Mrs. Corter, his math teacher. She was a strict old lady who hated Dan and loved Georgia.
"I- I didn't say anything," Dan exclaimed.
"Don't lie to me! I heard what you said!" shouted Mrs. Corter.
"It-it won't happen again!" Dan pleaded.
"I don't believe you. Your problem, Daniel, is that you can't see through the eyes of others. You don't know what it's like to be Georgia and face what she faces every day. I'm about to change that!"
Suddenly, everything went dark.

Dan woke up in a cold sweat. A dream, it was just a dream. Anyway, there was only a week left in the school year and then Dan would never have to deal with Georgia Willis again.
Climbing out of bed, something felt wrong, but he didn't know what. He didn't figure out what it was until seeing himself in the mirror. He almost screamed.
