Just a head

You feel odd. You try to move yourself, but feel at a complete loss. You then look down to your own horror. You ended at your neck. You had no body.
"What? Why?" you ask her
"Well, if you didn't want my body, then I say you get a week with no body" she says.
You take a second glace at her, and notice she has your body standing next to her.
"Is that my body?" you ask her
"Why, yes it is" she says patting its shoulder, "and you can have it back in a week"
"How do I go to school?" you ask
"I don't know, have a friend carry you around" she suggests.
She leaves the room along with your body.
