Here's more of the main cast that I find agreeable for expansion.
Monica: A buxom and beautiful confectioner from America. She is a champion class maker of sweets and known to be a bit revealing in her choice of attire. Currently in a relationship with Kai Suwabara.
Mizuno: The youngest granddaughter of Pantasia's founder (and Tsukino's little sister). She is the current manager of Pantasia's Central Branch and was adopted by Panda/Mokoyama (who is now a real panda)
Kuroyanagi: A world class tasting judge. Loves good food, but adores bread above all else. Used to work for Pantasia until he was convinced to fufill his true calling. Known for having some of the most insane transforming food reactions.
Meister Kirisaki: A masked, flamboyant magician/baker. The son of the founder of St. Pierre and now its current president.
Heidi: (Not a major character, but I find her adorable) The maid-dressed assistant to the retired manga-ka Dave Hashiguchi (now too fat to do anything for himself).
