May and the Pink Honey

"Ah, Floaroma Town...pretty as always."

May smiled as she inhaled the flowery aroma of the colorful town. It was quite a sight to behold, and she was happy to visit, even if she wouldn't stay for long. She had already been to Sinnoh once, mainly for a contest held some time ago, but now? She was here to take in the sights, and maybe see if any of her friends were there, whether it be Dawn, or maybe even Ash. Regardless, she decided to take a stop in Floaroma Town, partial because of its beauty, and partially because of the honey sold in Floaroma Meadow. The honey sold there, while meant to attract wild Pokémon of the rare variety, was also a very nice treat to enjoy every now and then, usually with other foods. And today, May wanted to buy a few jars, so she made the short walk to Floaroma Meadow.
Upon arriving, she was welcomed by the warm smile of an old man, the same old honey seller that everyone knows. May smiled back, and she came up to his usual selling stand, which as always was small and well organized.

"Looking to buy some honey, young miss?"

May couldn't help but grin when he said that. She nodded as his question, and began to make her order.
"Yup! I just wanted to get some honey for the road, less for a Pokémon hunt, more for the flavor. It is pretty sweet, after all."

The old man nodded, and begins to collect a few jars of yellow Combee honey. As he did so, May looked around the stand a bit more, and noticed a rather small section with some strange, pink liquid, jarred up just like the usual Combee honey.

"Excuse me, but what's that pink stuff over there?"

"Oh, that? Well...when I was harvesting the honey, as usual, a few of the Combee were oddly colored. They were quite hyper too, almost moving too fast. If it weren't for my Pokémon, they would have overpowered me rather quickly!" He sighs. "Apart from that, I don't think there's much of a difference...it might be a bit sweeter, or maybe more rich in flavor. If you want, I could give you a sample, and maybe you can decide if you want some of this new type...or you can just buy a few, and see how it tastes on your own time? I'll give you a refund if it doesn't taste good."

May thought about it a bit. It would be better to just have a sample now, see if it tastes any good, but the other just told her it was just another color. Not like it would make that much of a difference, right?
