It was about two years after Naruto put a stop to the war. During that time He has completed many tasks. He has since made chuunin, and now jounin. He also has defeated Sasuke Uchiha. He had managed to get Sasuke back to the Leaf village, but Sasuke did not stay there long. In stead of death for his crimes, Sasuke Uchiha wasimprisoned in a cell that was constructed just for him and was devoid of human contact. But this story is not about Sasuke so back to it...
Naruto had been enjoying the relative peace but three things have been on his mind, one was Sasuke and another was Hinata Hyuga's confession of love. Although the to have seen each other since then they never talked to each other about it. But that is not what he was thinking about now. Despite having the praise of the village he still felt worried. Not for himself but for the thing that caused him so much trouble all his life; The Nine Tails Fox, Kurama. That is for two reasons, One is that since the final battle Kurama was asleep. Naruto could still use Kurama's chakra but He still worried about his comrade. The second reason was one in the future. If he died how could he make sure Kurama did not revert to his old ways because his successor may not have the same Will of Fire he has. There is only one way to make sure that would not be the case. Out-loud, to himself in his apartment, Naruto said. "I need to find a woman to be my wife." Then Naruto quietly said to himself. "I am rushing things too much. Plus Ever since I became the Hero of the Leaf, girls have been giving me the same type of attention Sasuke was given. I may wish to have a wife but I want one for love not just sex. Naruto then laid down on his bed."
About an hour after Naruto laid down there was a knock at the door. Naruto got up and opened the door. To his surprise it was Grandma, I mean, Lady Tsunade. "Naruto we have to talk about something. Follow me." Naruto know better to question Tsunade. With that they headed out and found there way to the Hokage's office. "Naruto I will get right to the point. We need you to have children so to extend the Uzumaki line, even if the women may not agree to it. What are you crazy. Naruto asked. Why would I do such a thing. After all the best chooses would be Kunochi and I would only trust a hand full of them not to betray me. Naruto this is an Order. As Hokage we are in need of your offspring."
"Why is that?" Naruto asked.
"The Uzumaki have the potential many things. Plus I know that only an Uzumaki can handle the burden of Kurama. With the life span of the Uzumaki you could be alive for two or more generations or as a ninja, die as soon as five minutes from now. It is necessary for this to be done as soon as possible. Now you understand."
"Lady Tsunade, I understood form the start. I accept the mission. There is just one thing."
"And what is that?" She asked.
